Christopher Weber-Fürst is an internationally experienced professional coach who is passionate about aligning values with visions. Since 2004, he has owned and operated Female First, a consultancy that specializes in coaching services for female executives. Christopher works closely with CEOs, board members and leaders to assist them in utilizing their teams to achieve optimal results. He also provides leadership training and consulting services to clients who aim to improve themselves, their organizations, and society. Services also include a talent management program that prepares both men and women for executive and board positions.
Christopher has authored a number of articles and is currently writing a book concerning female leadership, due to be published in early 2015. He is also co-writing a book that explores value-driven leadership. Christopher is a skilled public speaker as well: in September 2014, he gave a talk in Sweden through the International Coach Federation regarding the Female Future. He will be speaking on the same topic at the Professional Women Network Conference in August 2015.
