As an employment and industrial relations lawyer, Allan Drake-Brockman is passionate about assisting in the development of Perth and Western Australia. He is able to accomplish this through his role as partner of DLA Piper Australia, a major full-service business law firm. Mr. Drake-Brockman serves as the lead industrial relations advisor to a large number of mining, resource and energy projects in Australia. He is able to determine innovative human resources and labor relations solutions for clients. He also collaborates successfully with stakeholders in the Australian industrial relations field, including unions, employer associations and professional organizations.
Mr. Drake-Brockman, who holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia, has handled a large number of industrial law cases in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, the Western Australia Industrial Appeal Court, and the Full Bench of the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission. He was recently named Professional of the Year in Employment & Industrial Relations Law by Worldwide Branding in recognition of his accomplishments.
