Eleni Magkli has served as global director PMO for Givaudan SA since April 2014. Well-versed in business and strategy development, she is tasked with managing project portfolios, handling large investment projects, implementing and delivering project management standards, and overseeing change management processes. She also works closely with the organization’s engineering teams on capital investments.

A certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Eleni earned an Executive MBA through Hult International Business School in 2013. She managed various aspects of her family’s business early in her career, overseeing the provision of services in the real estate construction and development industry. She later co-founded an energy startup that was eventually sold to a private institution. Upon relocating to Switzerland from Greece, Eleni held various managerial positions for four years in an international power solutions company before joining Givaudan SA.
