Since 2001, Robert F. Brogan has owned and operated a boutique, family-oriented law practice, Brogan Elder Law, located in Point Pleasant, N.J. He has established his reputation as a trusted lawyer, concentrating primarily on the areas of Medicaid planning, special needs planning and asset preservation, as well as estate and trust planning and administration. Mr. Brogan is passionate about protecting individuals against attacks on their wealth and helping clients keep their family legacies intact. He is a nationally respected expert in analyzing public policy issues related to Medicaid benefits and health care.
Mr. Brogan has also held leadership positions in the elder and special needs field at the national and state levels. His current affiliations include the New Jersey State Bar Association, Ocean County Bar Association, National Academy for Elder Law Attorneys, New Jersey Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Special Needs Alliance. He is a past member of the board of directors of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, as well as a past president of the New Jersey chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Mr. Brogan has also served as chair of the Elder and Disability Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
