Dr. Diane V. Jones practices musculoskeletal, family and sports medicine in Inglewood, Taranaki, New Zealand. She offers four decades of professional experience to her patients, as well as an extensive academic foundation. A graduate of the University of Otago, Dr. Jones earned a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery in 1975. She also holds diplomas in Sports Medicine, Musculoskeletal Medicine and Obstetrics, and is a fellow of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners. After 40 years in the profession, Dr. Jones remains motivated each day by the numerous long-term, trusting relationships that she’s established with patients throughout her career.
Outside of the office, Dr. Jones serves as a trustee of the Midlands Regional Health Care Charitable Trust. She is also a board member for Tui Ora Ltd, a Maori-based health organization, as well as a volunteer divisional surgeon and appointed officer of The Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem, an international charity that provides first aid, health care and support to individuals in more than 40 countries. Dr. Jones’ efforts have been acknowledged with a number of formal honors over the years. Most recently, she was named a 2014 Professional of the Year in Musculoskeletal, Sport & Family Medicine by Worldwide Branding.
