Toni holds an MBA in small business, marketing and finance from the University of Bedfordshire. In addition to her work with Beyond 2030 Ltd, she serves as a non-executive director of Skills for Logistics, and on the Board of Trustees for the Agon Trust. Toni, who was inducted into the Order of the British Empire in 2007, has published research on the social exclusion and the barriers that women face in the workplace. She has written national and regional strategies, led the development of new qualification frameworks, and developed award-winning business development programs across many sectors of the economy. Toni is also a regular contributor to television, radio and press.
