Brian D. “Buck” Rogers possesses more than 20 years of experience in the field of law. For the last decade, he has been serving as an attorney at law for Fried Rogers Goldberg LLC, a trusted Atlanta-based law firm that specializes in all aspects of trucking accidents. Additionally, the firm handles cases involving dog bites, construction accidents, negligent security, wrongful death and premises liability, among other areas. Since the firm’s inception, its skilled attorneys have litigated hundreds of trucking accident cases before both state and federal courts, and have achieved numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements. Mr. Rogers primarily focuses on trucking, motor vehicle and railroad accidents, as well as premises and product liability. Additionally, he is a magistrate judge in Fulton County, Ga.

Mr. Rogers earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia in 1990 and went on to receive a JD from the Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1994. Sine joining the profession, Mr. Rogers has become an active member of the field, as he maintains affiliations with the American Association for Justice, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, Atlanta Bar Association, Lawyers Club of Atlanta, Lamar Inn of Court and Bleckley Inn of Court.
