As a postal delivery office for the Australia Post’s Delivery Division, Michael Waring is responsible for reviewing the mail delivery volumes. He has also overseen the creation of the Code of Ethics to strengthen cultural pillars of success in the workplace. Backed by nearly three decades of experience in the field, Mr. Waring is regarded as an expert on the Australia Post Code of Ethics, as well as training, the digital mailbox, and digital services.

When the Australia Post became incorporated in 1991, many career opportunities presented themselves, including team leader and assistant management positions. Mr. Waring decided to take advantage of those opportunities and has since established himself as a highly regarded professional in the industry. He holds a diploma from Marist College Eastwood, located in New South Whales, which he earned in 1978.
