Brett R. Henderson, MD, has accrued two decades of invaluable experience as a physician. With a stern focus on neurosurgery, Dr. Henderson corrects neurological problems through various surgeries, including neck, back, and spine surgeries, as well as other specialized neurological procedures. He specializes in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of disorders of the central nervous system, including congenital anomalies, non-acute trauma, tumors, vascular disorders, and infections of the brain or spine. Additionally, Dr. Henderson has treated patients who have suffered from strokes, degenerative diseases of the spine, tumors, certain types of birth defects, and infections, as well as head and spinal cord injuries.
Dr. Henderson’s father, Dr. John P. Henderson, was also a neurosurgeon. With a strong respect for his father, as well as a desire to have a positive influence and truly make a difference, Dr. Henderson earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California, and then earned an MD through the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine.
