With knowledge in all facets of family law, James Alle serves as an attorney with his own private practice, the Law Office of James Alle. Backed by nearly four decades of experience, Mr. Alle provides quality representation and consulting services to individuals in even the most complicated cases. Specifically, he has effectively handled cases pertaining to child custody and divorce.
Mr. Alle received a Bachelor of Arts in communication arts and a JD from Loyola Marymount University in 1971 and 1975, respectively. He initially decided to pursue a career in the field of law due to his lifelong desire to help people. Notably, he is the first lawyer in his family, and he put himself through college and law school entirely on his own. He has since been admitted to practice within the states of California and Michigan. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Western District of Michigan and Southern District of California. Currently, Mr. Alle actively serves as a member of the State Bar of Michigan’s family law section and the Wayne County Family Bar Association. He is also a member of Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association, for which he served as a chairperson of the family law section.
