“I’ve learned that sometimes no matter how much you help someone, if they don’t want to change or learn, you can’t change them,” Helen Turner states. “You can only change yourself.”

Fair and innovative, Ms. Turner isn’t afraid to try new things. She currently serves as the human resources manager for Hatch Ltd, a management consulting group for which she leads a team of human resources professionals  who provide value-added support to the Hatch Australia-Asia business. Noted for her expertise in all things human resources and communications, Ms. Turner is also responsible for providing strategic and operational HR leadership support and advice as the Project Delivery Group’s HR Business Partner for the Australia-Asia region in order to achieve sound business outcomes, as well as driving HR business-partnering practices, including customer engagement and service-level standards.
