Scott B. Fulton serves as the director of North American operations for Joseph Campione, Inc. Established in 1960, Joseph Campione is a distributor of traditional old-world, European-style, premium Italian baked goods, including bread sticks, pizza toast, cheese breads, dinner rolls, garlic bread and Texas toast. In his current capacity, Mr. Fulton is responsible for managing employees and the operations of all facilities, as well as overseeing the management of complete federal, state and local regulatory compliance as it applies to the industry. Noted for his expertise in baking, processed-food manufacturing and regulatory compliance, Mr. Fulton has attained more than 25 years’ experience in his chosen field.
Mr. Fulton holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the Lincoln College of Technology, as well as many accreditations. He possesses CHS L1, L2 and L3, S.T.E.P. Accreditations from the American Board for Certification in Homeland Security, as well as IPM Gold, IPM Silver and CSSBB Accreditations. Mr. Fulton is a certified baker and notary, and also enrolled in an AIB residence course in baking science and technology.
