Founded 65 years ago, Kipp and Christian, P.C., provides a full spectrum of legal services for premier corporate and individual clients in a multitude of practice areas, including insurance, personal injury, employment, product liability and commercial litigation. The firm has provided exceptional general counsel services to insurers, employers and other firms. Most of the firm’s members remain active in local and state bar associations, including Mr. McGarry, who maintains affiliations with the Salt Lake County and American Bar Associations, as well as the Utah State Bar. He holds a JD from the University of Utah, which he earned in 1987, and is admitted to practice in the state of Utah, before the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
