The owner of RAD Communications, Inc., Michelle Fera maintains a hands-on focus; she utilizes her 27 years of experience to efficiently handle payroll, billing and employee relations for the company. A cable service provider and contractor, RAD Communications was formed in 2006 as a full-service telecommunications company and has since been working with Cablevision in New Jersey on numerous tasks. Some of these tasks include residential and commercial installations, construction, aerial and underground drop work, and other special projects.

For nearly a decade, Ms. Fera has been working with a group of extremely skilled managers and employees who combine more than 100 years of invaluable experience to meet their goals. They are motivated by their desire to provide exceptional customer service and top-quality work.
