A renowned labor and employment law practitioner, Michele A. Whitham has extensive experience representing employers in every aspect of the employment relationship, advising global businesses, litigating claims involving computer fraud and abuse by employees, and addressing issues in human affairs within the workplace.

Having grown up in a family of academics, Ms. Whitham had assumed she would become a professor and follow in her family’s footsteps. However, while serving on the faculty and as part of a multidisciplinary group at Cornell University from 1976 to 1988, she began to realize that a career in law would enable her to take part in changing the world and make a difference.
