Knowledgeable in all aspects of the food, beverage and hospitality sectors, Javier Gavilán has led an impressive career that has spanned more than two decades. Throughout his career, he has attained knowledge in the areas of field operations, private equity, entrepreneurship, valuation, diligence, startups, emerging markets and investments, as well as systems, applications and products. He is currently working to launch a new enterprise, after serving as the CEO of International Meal Company (IMC) for nearly a decade.

“After nine years at IMC, I can gladly say that we had concluded with great success the expansion of IMC‘s business across different geographies and brands,” Mr. Gavilán says. “It is now time for me to move on to new challenges.”
