Backed by 15 years of experience in his industry, Anant Kalyan successfully serves as the BRM and GE GDC relationship leader for Genpact, a financial operations service group specializing in banking and financial services for a multitude of sectors, including the energy, insurance, capital market, aerospace and automotive industries. Additionally, the company assists clients in the high-tech, hospitality, chemical, pharmaceutical, consumer goods and retail industries, among many other fields. In this capacity, Mr. Kalyan is responsible for managing large, multimillion-dollar clients globally, and overseeing profit and loss, as well as leading the end-to-end operations of his portfolio for Genpact and running it as a business unit with ownership of revenues, margins, cost control, delivery and quality initiatives. He also manages 500 people across three continents and six delivery centers. Throughout his career, Mr. Kalyan has nurtured a vast skill set in the areas of operations, information security and compliance, and the leadership of cross-functional project teams, as well as relationship, account, program and project management. He also shines in the development and implementation of security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures for Genpact.
