As the head project control at PETRONAS Refinery and Petrochemical Cooperation and an executive consultant at his own firm, Wolfgang Heim has worked with some of the world’s biggest multi-billion dollar projects in the power, petrochemical and mining industries. “Having been exposed to all phases of project management from FEED to handover, I have been able to take responsibility for different execution roles in multidisciplinary environments like EPC, EPCM, integrated teams and construction contracting,” he says, noting that he demonstrates an expertise in all areas of project planning. Notably, Mr. Heim carries out functions with regard to cost estimation, budgeting, risk management and reporting. His key competencies include strong analytical skills, process implementation and organizational management.
