As an expert in corporate securities law, public offerings, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and federal and state securities law, John J. DiRocco Jr. is well-suited for his positions with SunCoke Energy Inc. He joined the building materials company three years ago, and is currently serving as its vice president, assistant general counsel and corporate secretary.
