Attributing his success to his ambition, hard work and drive, Vinesh Natali has excelled in overcoming challenges to reach his goals in the field of engineering. With more than 20 years of combined professional experience, he demonstrates expertise in contract management, project management and change management as they pertain to construction teams. He is also regarded for his proficiency in strategic planning, design, negotiations, project planning, business strategy and stakeholder management. “I became involved in my profession after I graduated with an engineering degree,” Mr. Natali says, adding that he wasted no time in joining the industry right away and joining the team at Beca, where he remained for 18 years. Throughout his career, Mr. Natali has pursued various opportunities that have led him to achieve the level of success he enjoys today. For the last two years, he has served as the director of the Meinhardt Group, an engineering consultancy that provides advisory services pertaining to infrastructure, urban planning and development, structural engineering, electrical and plumbing engineering, and project management for water and environment projects. In his role, Mr. Natali focuses on project and program delivery, as well as business startup management in Indonesia, New Zealand, India, Singapore and Malaysia. He also builds teams, establishes framework agreements, and manages clients, proposals, meetings and direct reports.
