Sally A. Larrabee is a health and safety manager for PCO Division II, Inc., a manufacturing and refining company that specializes in the industrial automation and process control industries. She brings with her more than three decades of combined experience, during which time she has established her expertise in safety training and human resources. She entered the field of manufacturing nine years ago after having worked in the health care field for 21 years. Because of her blended background, Ms. Larrabee displays a unique approach to her work with a skill set that isn’t often seen in these industries. In recognition of the successes that she has been able to achieve, Ms. Larrabee was named a Top Female Professional by Worldwide Branding, Safety Trainer of the Year by Golden Triangle, and VIP Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women. In addition, Ms. Larrabee contributed to her company being distinguished as one of the Best and Brightest Companies to Work for in Houston in 2012 and 2013.
