Anil C. Singh, MD

Named America’s Best Doctor in Critical Care by Pittsburgh Magazine, Dr. Anil C. Singh has more than 17 years of professional experience, which have contributed to his expertise in pulmonary care. Today, he excels in dual roles as program director for the Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship at the Allegheny Health Network and assistant professor of medicine for the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University. Driven by his compassion and interest in helping others achieve wellness, he is highly regarded for his work at the forefront of care for chronic diseases. Throughout his career, Dr. Singh has held prominent roles within the Allegheny Health Network, including co-director of the Breathing Disorders Institute, medical director of Lifecare Hospitals, staff pulmonologist, intensivist, and assistant program director for the pulmonary and critical care fellowship program. Previously, he was successful in roles as emergency room physician and staff physician for internal medicine at VA Pittsburgh Healthcare, assistant program director and clinical instructor for Aultman Hospital at Northeast Ohio Medical University, and clinical trial screener at Baylor University-Texas Oncology.
